Generation Elevation is a tapestry of people who choose to elevate themselves and others toward happiness and joy. We believe that celebration and joy, creativity and expression as well as support and inspiration are keys to leaving a better world to the next Generation Elevation.
Kundalini Yoga in the News
Situated on 2.5 acres of beautiful land with indoor sleeping accommodations for 24, onsite camping and a large yoga, dance and celebration space Heart and Soul Oasis is less than 90 minutes from downtown Phoenix. This incredible spot with its huge sycamore, Arizona ash and fruiting mulberry trees offers a peaceful environment for meditation, rejuvenation and celebration.
Located 82 miles northeast of downtown at the end of a short lane these properties with their two spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath homes serve our visitors with just the right combination of amenity and organic rural life to unwind and go deep into the experience of self exploration. The large yoga room building looks out onto a grassy expanse that borders Tonto Creek, one of Arizona’s few year round creeks which opens into the vast Tonto National Wilderness. There is nearby swimming and wading most of the year and endless hiking and exploring trails as well as Native American ruins in the adjacent hills.
Events and workshop programs designed to joyfully Celebrate, Relate and Elevate humanity are most welcome. Heart and Soul Renewal often partners with Shanti Omstead our fellow yogic retreat space in Gisela. Shanti Omstead with its fruit tree orchard, garden and greenhouse is where our large residential retreat and function meals are prepared and often served. Ram Khalsa, owner of Shanti Omstead welcomes guests into the garden to get their hands in the soil and connect with the source of our meals. From Heart and Soul it is just a short walk to his acreage at the end of a tree-laden lane.
